BACK SHOP STAFF

This is a part time position. Employment is seasonal and will have two start dates. The first will be around May 1 and continue until the course is closed for the season; usually around October 15 and the other will start towards the end of June and go until August 31. The hours and days worked can vary week to week. A majority of the time, the work will be outside the clubhouse.

Wage is paid on an hourly basis, with flexibility in scheduling of shifts being provided. Golf knowledge and/or previous golf course employment will be considered an asset.

Job Description:

  • Provide excellent customer service by helping customers load their golf bags on power carts, cleaning the customers club as they come off the golf course and by committing to these tasks in a professional manner.

  • Assisting the Head Professional & Pro Shop staff with the execution of running and preparing tournaments & events.

  • Maintain the cleanliness of the Back Shop area at all times.

  • Ensure company policies and procedures are being followed.

  • Maintain employment in a safe manner.

  • Work as a team member and assist Pro Shop & other Back Shop staff when needed.

  • Execute other tasks as directed by the Pro Shop staff and Management.
