REFUND POLICY

Goose Hummock Golf Resort appreciates your business and strives for 100% customer satisfaction. We hope that you are satisfied with and enjoy our products. However we understand that there may be occasions where the products you purchased do not meet your needs. If this occurs, we will accept return or exchange of any items within 14 days of the purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused

  • It is in its original packaging

  • It is accompanied with the original invoice

CANCELLATION OF PRE-PAID GREEN FEES POLICY UPDATE - April 16, 2021

 

Players requesting refunds on booked times must do so, at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled tee time and in writing, to info@goosehummock.com.  In the email, please include all relevant information for the tee time booking that is to be cancelled and fully refunded.

 

Partial refunds on booked tee times cannot be considered. Rain checks may also be provided in some cases, depending on the circumstances.  In cases where errors were made during the original booking process, rain checks will be provided as required.

 

Tee times that are cancelled or adjusted within the 48 hour period will be entitled to receive rain checks deemed equal in value to the original purchase.  Rain checks will have an expiry date of October 15, 2021.

 

In the event that you decide to return your products, please contact us at Goose Hummock Golf Resort at 780-921-2444 to get a return authorization. Please prepay postage and repack items carefully. Goose Hummock Golf Resort is not responsible for any packages lost during shipping. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred in returning your purchase to us. Goose Hummock Golf Resort will not refund items damaged due to shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 14 business days of the purchase date. In the event that a product is defective or damaged during shipping to you, Goose Hummock Golf Resort will provide an equivalent replacement item. In some cases, we may want to replace a defective part rather than replace an entire item. Please mail all returns or exchanges to:
