REFUND POLICY

Goose Hummock Golf Resort appreciates your business and strives for 100% customer satisfaction. We hope that you are satisfied with and enjoy our products. However we understand that there may be occasions where the products you purchased do not meet your needs. If this occurs, we will accept return or exchange of any items within 14 days of the purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused

  • It is in its original packaging

  • It is accompanied with the original invoice

In the event that you decide to return your products, please contact us at Goose Hummock Golf Resort at 780-921-2444 to get a return authorization. Please prepay postage and repack items carefully. Goose Hummock Golf Resort is not responsible for any packages lost during shipping. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred in returning your purchase to us. Goose Hummock Golf Resort will not refund items damaged due to shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 14 business days of the purchase date. In the event that a product is defective or damaged during shipping to you, Goose Hummock Golf Resort will provide an equivalent replacement item. In some cases, we may want to replace a defective part rather than replace an entire item. Please mail all returns or exchanges to:

NEW FOR 2022 - Goose Hummock Golf Resort has amended its Green Fee Refund Policy that now introduces cancellation and no show fees for booked tee times. 

  • The booker of the tee time is completely responsible for the booking

  • A valid credit card must be provided at the time of booking, through the on-line system or over the phone with the Pro Shop

  • Cancellation fees - a fee of $25.00 per player will be charged for the applicable number of golfers that indicate they will not be golfing during their scheduled tee time and did not provide the golf course the required minimum of 24 hours advance notice.  The assessed fees will be charged to the credit card on file.

  • No-Show fees - a fee of $25.00, or other applicable fee, per player will be charged for the applicable number of golfers that did not show up for their scheduled tee time and did not provide the golf course the required minimum of 24 hours advance notice. The assessed fees will be charged to the credit card on file.

  • Unless the course is closed due to unplayable conditions, golfers are required to attend their scheduled tee time, failure to check-in at the appropriate time, will result in the reservation being recorded as a no-show the the appropriate fee being assessed to the credit card on file.
